Terms and Conditions
- 50% of payment is due upon registration.
- The full course amount is due 5 working days before the course date.
- A 10% cancelation fee will be charged should the candidate cancel within less than 5 working days prior to the course date.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be charged should the candidate not attend the course without prior notification.
- The fees for the courses that lead to ISTQB examination include the cost for one (1) exam session. Should a candidate not attend the scheduled exam session without prior notification the exam fee will be forfeited. Should a candidate fail the exam, additional costs will be charged for additional exam sessions.
- All the course tariffs are stated in SA Rands and exclude VAT.
